@WhoIsTheLeader I want to say my friend's car is blue leather, if not, tex. I know it has a blue dash, and as you might know, old blue MB dashes are prone to cracking far more than any other color. My friend takes it out in the bright hot sun sparingly, as he doesn't want a crack. I drove it once, several years ago. Performance felt very similar to the fintail - it could keep up with modern traffic no issue, but in some acceleration maneuvers you have to push it a little.
My car is blue tex, darker than the paint but not too dark. It also has a blue dash pad which has a few cracks, I don't freak about it as it is a 60+ year old unrestored car, it's all patina now 🙂
Here's the fintail's interior - I keep a sheet over the driver's cushion as it some seams are starting to go, and this seems to keep it intact (I just glue any splits back together):
