@facw there is no inline fuel filter, only in tank. It's not worth the effort, and probably doesn't have a specified interval.
Whoever does the coolant flush will be pulling the front and center lower engine compartment panels to access the radiator drain. Refilling and bleeding is best done with the system under a vacuum. If I remember correctly, you have the M272 engine. If that's the case, don't bother with coolant unless you're also doing a thermostat. Good chance the thermostat has already been replaced, so again don't bother. If it hasn't been done, just wait to do coolant until the thermostat fails.
The oil filter is on top, jiffy lube wouldn't need to do anything under the car if you only have them do the filter. But don't, they suck. They often manage to install the o-rings incorrectly on the housing, or install the wrong filter, or any number of other fuck ups.
Blower is easy. Takes me about 5 minutes. Just make sure it's seated flush all the way around, without pinching wires.
