@RacinBob Interesting to note, I appreciate it! I started reading through some of the forums last night to gauge where I should be at. The oil it's self is looking a little gasoline washed, so I'll give it a change and that should help.
Biggest problem is the chinese carb the p.o. put on it. The automatic choke is all over the place, so you either flood it when it's warm or it jumps up to 2500 RPM when it's idling. I tried fiddling with it and got no where, the original is in the box he gave me and needs a rebuild. I'll either do that or just order a new one, doesn't matter to me.
@Old-Busted-Hotness funny you mention that, the p.o. replaced the clutch and flywheel along with the carrier bearing, so that's a positive at least. Some of the rear end bushings could be done, so that'll be on the list here shortly.
