In this case yes.
I prefer the Hydro2Foam over the trigger spray on Hydro2 Lite, etc... as the foam gets everywhere you want it to, then thoroughly rinse off and dry.

Depending on environment you can expect to see between three and six months protection on it.
Here's how easy it is to apply.
(I wouldn't use it on an as dirty car, but lighter dirt ye fine. Heavier dirt like this, I'd snow foam car shampoo onto the vehicle, then even with just one bucket and grit guard, do a panel at a time, rinse and then apply the Hydro2Foam and rinse.
